 For One-Time Transactions:

We aim to produce fast, high quality, and professional paralegal services to our customers.  Before a deposit is requested, customers will be provided a quote for a well-defined task and an hourly rate for additional services offered.  Once a deposit is made, we immediately commence work on the scope of work requested by our customers.  Our deliverables are presented to our customers via hard copy or digital copy such as a .PDF file.  Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, deposits made are non-refundable, and no cancellations are accepted.

 Ongoing Services:

We require 30-days’ notice for all requests for refunds from unused retainer deposits.  The request MUST be submitted in writing by the deadline(s) listed within this policy. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. Letters and/or an email should be received or postmarked by no later than 30 days prior to the termination of service date to receive a full refund.

Refund requests postmarked or emailed less than 30 days, but prior to 14 days from the termination date will receive a 50% refund. Request for refunds received within 14 days of the termination date will not be considered.  Refunds will be sent or credited within four to six weeks after the termination date.
