Dennis is a career Paralegal specializing in areas such as Administrative Law, Civil Litigation, and Family Law; including Immigration, ERISA, Real Estate, Probate/Trust, Personal Injury, Unlawful Detainers, Small Claims, and much more.
Throughout his tenured career, Dennis has gained complete knowledge of federal, state, superior, appellate, and administrative court systems, working on trial preparation exhibits, witness subpoenas, motions in limine and all aspects of discovery; motions for summary judgement, meet and confer, demand letters, and civil appellate briefs.
